...It's a compositional thing I'd guess.
Place the cop in the golden section to the right and you'll have both his cap and chin in the picture.
I like that you did care much for how portrait and landscape cut through though.

The screenshot doesn't look very promising, you should use another color setup for that purpose. but on real hardware, all the dithering works pretty well!
