Nobody said it's unreleased. Read the note attentively.

It was just lost (for a lot of people, not for you).

We've found and re-spread this demo on our blog.

This was not unreleased, I have this demo in our collection, so it was spread back in 1988.

Read the note, this was an unreleased demo that only got spread today.
Also, in the note is stated the note tune is an unreleased one by DOS, which seems strange as there was no Future Composer 3.x tunes in HVSC DOS directory, but ok.
