Well, we had discussion about this picture in our org-team if we release it in the GFX compo. Finally as, Carrion said, it looks like hand made conversion. As we know, a lot of hand made conversion pictures, has been made so far on C64. Nobody has a problem with it - f.e. Vallejo conversions.

It's very interesting to compare this to Carrion's convert side by side. It reminds me of retouched advertisements; Rat's image shows us what SuperFrog actually looks like, with a homely face and a bit of a tummy, and Carrion gives us the photoshopped version that went on the billboards to promote Lucozade.

@radiant
I prefer converts in this case

actually it was one of mine ideas for next gfx collection. to show how amiga title screens could look like on c64 with modern tech like NUFLI (or old school IFLI)
how close can we get into amiga originals.

this one is 15-30 minutes work with google images + photoshop + timanthes

a new challenge anyone?

DISCLAIMER:
IT is not meant to be a "I'm better than you" kind of release. It's also not a regular c64 release so pls not put it under my name as you did with "scarlet pic" some time ago.
this is strictly a exercise, and test image only for technique learning purposes.
