@ Joodas: this isn't a great example but i wanted to try with different textures and not lean so much on that, which can unintentionally make things a bit furry.
Inspired by the anti-dither resistance that quietly amassing in the darker corners of the elite pixelers

The rock is a bit more textured. Again, not a good example at all but the though ...

I like it and to me the tech. aspect is good (although I may not be the best judge when it comes to artistic matters). One question though: Why no Ball-Sack?

Thanks @bugjam, definitely try hard in the unique department. Most of it ties into my life in abstract, stream of consciousness ways..somehow. Slowly getting more technical, sort of in a 1 step forward, 2 back loop atm. :P

I wasn't a c64 person at all but now I cannot even look at an Amstrad game without fearing for my retina.
