Has it to be stored on .d64 in order to work? ($BB) points to $9ffa, but where is it supposed to point to? Somewhere in $2xx? When loading, the filename is stored in the system input buffer ($0200-$0258), so if you hide code in the filename, the program might become really short, perhaps even just JMP $02xx.
