Great, thanks for your help! ;-) This one was the source: Arcade & Deadline Intro
Checking the memory map & code it seems the sprites very likely pixeled by me but I'm not 100% sure.
Found this also: "Code & Grfx: Telemarchus/RedboX", "Charset: Creatures 2", "Noise Pollution: Digital Syndicate".

at first I thought about Mechanix Intro #6 but the dual logo leads to Arcade & Deadline Intro
