Don't alter the entry, make a new entry for new versions. Restored and locked.
If you plan to retouch your programs every day, better plan a public release every major version, not at each modification.

If I understood correctly, you reused the old entry and uploaded a new version. New versions should have their own new entry here on CSDb, even if the differences and bugfixes are minor.

SidTool 2.0.2 released

- Added support for Subsongs and Shuffle Links in sidtool:// protocol and context menu
- Database structure changed
- Little changes to usage data/playing info
