Again, I think square pixels look wrong, this is how it looks on real hardware: http://move.rupy.se/file/valentine.png

I like the result and I like what the conversion-toll can make, and just as any I hope it will care for the mature users to use it for a step in right direction of scanned material to half-way-trough conversion. The world today is already focused on automation, and as of that this tool as in-itself so far just looks ridiculous against human brains. But I also know this small gap is shrinking. Can we agree on a flag on either c64 artwork (Hand-made) or something else for these kind of images? When the tool is done one can make ones mind.

Very clean results for pure conversion but I hope tool's use will be limited to '1man1000tasks' type of projects, not for artistic competition.

If there's no post-conversion optimization involved, the results look interesting, to say the least, if not intimidating. The tool will definitely increase the amount of talented graphicians reaching the scene. ;-)

Great use of pink as bouncing light. Really dig the details.

@GPZ it's a mixture of using proper image, and settings. If the image would be more colorful, then the errors would be more visible. 4 colors per char is not a lot :)

Sorry, but I cannot draw. I find my creativity in improving conversion software. Worry not I do not intend to spam with AI images.

Its a bit too much dithering for my taste - on the other hand, this has surprisingly few typical artefacts.

It looks awesome, but I’m a little bit tired of AI generated conversations… but at least your open about it so that’s great.

Pretty girl for your viewing pleasure. Imagined with Playground.com, converted with my tool that is still not ready for release.
