added the missing 2nd tune

"THE EMPIRE 2020!THIS DEMO WAS MADE WITH THE DEMO DESIGNER/CRACKEDBY THE EMPIRE 2020!EMPIRE-POSTFACH" so i removed Goblin as coder. Cant find the SID in second part in HVSC.
