Everything known and I've entered the sidlinks.
Some tunes in HVSC had made up names from the release they got ripped from, now can be finally redated and renamed.
Some other will stay unmodified as they were named in various forms by Demon, hence one is as valid as the other. Entries like "some intro music" are indicative that not even him knew how he titled the song :P

All tunes are in HVSC (albeit other titles in some cases), except Non-stop Funk, which I couldn't find at first quick scan.
