Yeah, many of 20cc tunes have been found with faked release years, correcting this one to 1991, there are no previous usages found other than 1991 anyway.

The song covered was not released until Oct 1990, removed 1988 as release year.

The program self checks for pal/ntsc and adjust the tune to play correctly whatever is the clock.
The tune in HVSC before update #57 was the NTSC version
I'm Your Baby Tonight
which of course plays slower in PAL.
