Might be, or it might also be a trashed version/failed attempt.
I found this version and upped it to csdb today, looks like FBR went in to release a 100% ntsc version.

| Although the DCS intro says "NTSC fixed by Stormbringer" this is not an NTSC compatible release, the DCS intro already crashes NTSC machines... So there must (could) be an XDS version of this around. |
