Not necessarily. :) Use $ and a hexadecimal address if you prefer to use hexadecimal instead. It worked for me :)

The by far most irritating thing about this tool is that every single adress and call have to be entered decimally, while not having that mentioned anywhere. The second most irritating thing is that you can't replace the loader itself to with another version of it.
