Lords of Conquest (mid price) and Neuromancer (full price) were the only games I ever bought as new, btw :)

C0, I see now what you're saying about the charset. Thank you for the clarification. Well at least we have a clean dump added for the entry now albeit a broken one :) Thanks as always for your input on these releases

The ESI crack is generally broken.
Start (any) game and you will see a few black squares scattered across the areas to locate/own.
Indicates the broken charset.
If you play a little and get to the "production" phase you will see broken chars at the bottom as well.

So the upload might be "better" but its never "ok" :)

C0, I did find one issue with the original upload. When selecting "Choose A Lords of Chaos Map" you would get a "DISK ERROR 62, FILE NOT FOUND,00,00" Upon further inspection when comparing it to a good dump, File "M07N AMERICA 2" didn't match the MD5 of the other release I found. All other MD5's matched. The good dump loads the maps just fine. I'm not sure whether this fixes the charset problem or not. Good dump uploaded ...

The crack is somewhat unplayable since a large portion of the charset was trashed by the crackers (containing map display elements and some graphics for the border below - around f800 - fc00). Could be a left over of the copy protection routine even to trash that area.
