do you mean the file video_vicII_656x_a.vhd (the size of 43,326 bytes) ? you`re joking, arent you ? my favorite part is "Krestage 3 hack". the engineers at Commodore were more visionary than i thought:)

"afaik none of the hardware nuisances added to Hoxs emulation at this stage of development are documented anywhere."

the vic is fully (and i mean it) documented in peter wendrichs fpga64 sources :) if you can read that, no gaps should be left (none that are needed to properly replicate the vic behaviour anyways)

i agree with both of you. i like cheating in decathlon style games as much as you do. the author says there will an option to reenable the "disassembled joystick" feature in the next version.

Mace- afaik none of the hardware nuisances added to Hoxs emulation at this stage of development are documented anywhere.

I have hardware that uses the ability to have multiple lines 'pressed'.
It would be better to have a switch somewhere in the settings to have it active or not.

A newly discovered edge triggered raster IRQ behaviour
Interesting. Where can I find info on that?

5) Joystick fixed to prevent opposing directions from being simultaneously pressed.

I don't quite agree on this one... With this fix, you're emulating standard joysticks, but not how the c64 works. F.e. in the endpart of Arcanum with the upscroller with the moving letters, it's fun to use the ability to press left+right at the same time. And ofcourse on the c64 you can do the same (but not with a standard joystick, granted.)

And where's cartridge emulation ;)
