Thanks for the txt file!
I have probs only with combined waveforms (that I use most of the time), without them those tunes I tested lose that "edge" - but I think instead of conversion I'll re-create some of my early tunes with MS+1.1 that were created with FC but the disks became totally zapped during the years. Only audio archive tapes left.
Anyway, I have planned re-creating those - now there's a good reason to really do so :) |

I'm glad you like it NecroPolo. As you found out the FC conversion won't do a very good job with many instruments. It is mainly there to pull across tracks and blocks. Instruments will need tweaking to fit with how this sound effect generator works.
If you have any specific files that you think the converter could do a better job with then please send me a PM and I will see what I can do. :)
I've added a text file download for a slightly tidier version of the help text included in the D64.

Man, now THAT's a barebone music tool :)
As slim as possible, but definitely has its charm and the player doesn't eat much rastertime. I loved the raw tune in Berzerk - so I like this "other way around" approach.
(Man, some of my old FC4.0 tunes sound horrible after conversion - but what the hell :D ) |

| Exactly. :) The first (very buggy) code was written in 1992 but I don't think it was widely released back then. This 1.1 version is released now and contains lots of bug fixes but still uses the original code. |

| The way the editor works was probably based on the old classic Future Composer music editor. I actually used this Music Studio Plus editor to do music for Berzerk Redux. It is a tricky music editor but you'll get used to it after a while. |
