Investigation by drawing up to a point where I consider that nothing should improve. Now, looking at the picture I see places where this could be done better. | User Comment Submitted by Joe on 4 August 2010
The adaptation or the return of the moiré chessboard dither with a lot of investigation in color. Basically known and used since the beginning of time.
I for one neglected it for a long time during the late 90: ies, as you might remember I had some obscure homemade error-artifact dithering.
But, it is comfortable and gives you nice & simple "extra" colors viewed from a distance, which might not necessarily respond to the PAL-blending.
On a real machine though we all grew up with the color tables of do's and don'ts (the manual for the computer I think), which I still neglect completely :)
But then again, I'm a son of the late VIC with nice colors, not that saturated.

nice style, great use of colour, I particularly like the background. The downside is that parts of the guy look a bit unfinished, especially the left eye. | User Comment Submitted by Lobo on 4 August 2010
