it's one of the many resident basic listing checksummer you could find in type-in mags, this one checks at end of line a $a0 char (shift space) + a hex checksum and tells you if the line is correct as expected
for example
10data1,2,3(shift-space)b9
is correct. The calculated value of the line before the shift-space marker is at $fb, while at $fc is the value you typed after that. |
