Hmmm, i see a world map and... Yes! I see inverted rabbits too. :) However, this picture is not that appealing to me.

It's interesting how the art discussion has a tendency to surface all the time when graphics are discussed, but never when it's about music...

Deekay: for me there are aspects of "art" you did not even count in your list. :) But sure. Let us use the word colored screen, or something like that. Picture, image... there are a lot of less value-based words for it that probably is easier to use so what we dont get into any scholastic discussions ;D

Well, everybody has their own definition of what "art" is. In my definition it's comprised of work, skill, appeal to the viewer and innovation. If all three are present to some extent (the extent can vary!), I'd call it "art"...
For me this stuff just lacks in the first three areas.
But that's just MHO, quite a few others seem to enjoy the "Collection" works alot! ;-)

Open Photoshop. Difference Clouds. Blur. convert to 4 indexed colors without dithering. Assign orange, yellow, green and purple to the palette. done. Time taken: 3 minutes...

The collection series is so fucking nice... Damn. I must see a demo like this some day.. Although I find it very hard to pick the favorite out. Must have some sort of directory so it is easier to watch 'em all .. maybe a dvd.. maybe a new forum?
