Just replaced cc1541 in my repository with this version. Thanks for cleaning it up while i was too lazy to do that. :)

Will add a few things for the next loader release, though.

Ok solved. Writing filename in capital letters does the job

Using -f filename, the name in the directory is SHIFTed, as if I typed "filename" with shift pressed. Any way out of this?

This is the consolidated version of Krill's modified cc1541 (part of Krill's Loader, Repository Version 166) and my patch for arbitrary filenames (cc1541 (arbitrary filename patch)). All cleaned up and tested a bit better, making this the "official" current version.
