Easy enough: Civitas release was not meant to be a crack, as stated on the database entry. For me then, Excess release is a legitimate first release, no matter presence of trainers or not.

Even if there was, te rules state that since 2003 a game has to feature trainer(s) (if it makes some sense) to be a valid release. It makes sense here. ;)

I know Civitas was Richard's group. Still there is an intro which states it is a first release. Just bitchin a little ;-) Merry X-mas!

Game first release in 2005. Crack first release in 2014, 9 years later. This is not uncommon these days.

It was produced by Richard Bayliss under the Group label Civitas. So it was in 2005 listed as Civitas game production, not as a first release. Merry Christmas!
