Sorry for the late response. I tried writing an explanation in this little 40x6 textbox, but that sucks major balls.

The github link should point to the README.md converted to HTML, which should contain all info needed.

Most of this code has ended up in VICE a long time ago (except saving back corrected data), so just use VICE, that'll do the correction this tool does.

a few words of what this tool is doing could be nice . *yes* i know i can goto Github download the release note and try to figure out myself. its not your fault :) just a nice to have general idea for the tool in the comment. sorry for over criticize . i would even put example for a command line to show the features . my 5 cent idea today
