As far as I can tell (even without the obviously missing disks), this is at best another import of Zak McKracken and the Alien Mindbenders by a guy who was even too lame to get his intro linked in front of the others and thought(!) he could at least link the game to his own intro... which he obviously could not do either. It also does not work if you put in 2nd disk of the ESI/HTL version. If you launch the HTL/ESI intro, everything works (if you go on with the missing disks from ESI/HTL or probably any other ESI crack no matter who imported it).

"File not found" trying to load something - I am suspecting this is just a lame extra loader for the game, but maybe somebody can check more closely.
