This version is bugged. The title screen was made with the Action Replay 6 demo maker. Hence the Crazy Comets music, it was included in the demo maker and 15 year old me had no idea it was "stolen", I thought it's just stock music, lol. I froze the SEUCK with AR 6 to get a one filer and added the loader with the AR demo maker so it should be working without AR actually.
