http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/8/8d/Flag_o.. - this would have made a better demo, too, and the flag comes with free oldskool flavour :)

I don't know why I feel the urge to post again.
I was born in Chicago, Illinois. I am 50% German and 50% Irish (the best of both worlds, so don't think I'm attacking your nationality).
The Chicago Blackhawks won the Stanley Cup (ice hockey) and I felt no pride. When the Chicago Bulls (basketball) won three years in a row, I felt little pride.
I have to agree with Enthusi, when nuclear plants, weapons and all weapons of mass destruction are eliminated, I will feel pride. When the country I was born in (USA) stops invading other countries, I will feel pride.
When I release my next demo, I will feel pride.
When I am finally able to play a full Pink Floyd song on my guitar, I will feel pride.

This release would have been much better had the scroll been in the borders and the color of the scroll darker (so it would be easier to read).

One last thing, I still agree with Moloch ;)

Well, I was speaking of me alone :) I accuse noone of being proud of his country or of 'his' soccer team (though _I_ dont see a proper relation).
I'd be proud, e.g., if _we_ would abandon nuclear power voluntarily and so on... Im happy to live in germany but I cant feel pride about it. But then again, me and my generation are a spoiled bunch of non-patriots anyway =)

I dont see how pride and a soccer-team match well - unless you are part of that team.
Bull.. The Dutch Football team has given me many proud moments. And that goes for many fans around the world. For many it's one of the few things they can be proud of.
Don't overdo the political correctness.. you might choke on it :)

"But then again, I dont think this would be more appropiate for other countries flags either."

Had he been from Macedonia, it would've made a better demo!

I dont see how pride and a soccer-team match well - unless you are part of that team. I had no share whatsoever in that team or its selection. Not even via obscure political democratic correlations. But then again, I dont think this would be more appropiate for other countries flags either.

Nice oldschool music, but to be honest anyone can do a simple scroll text with 3 splits. I would have wanted to see a bit more added to this demo. A bit more action maybe :o)

Germany will win its first "play-off"? I think you got something wrong. First every team has to play 3 games and the best 2 continue and THEN they have the "play-offs".

Germany-flags... officially allowed again since 2006.

PATHETIC!
