they got a "cease and desist" order from the family/estate of Jesse Owens for using his image without prior consent or licence. and i would imagine some kind of "fine" too. see you cant just use peoples images in advertising and get away with paying nothing even if they are dead :)

hence they asked permission to use carl lewis and he agreed because a substantial part of the revenue was being donated to the sport aid charity.

Just checked out the game. Probably a ZX Spectrum conversion.
Appears to be about an Athlete running around at night :D
