humble minstrel calling.. I like most of the scales it has but it's a bit lacking expression at some notes that want to stand out. nice!

> Eric: I can imagine someone playing this on a flute in an empty music room with the lights off and some sunlight trying to come through the closed blinds.

That's a beautiful and fitting imaginary scenery and not that far away from what I had in mind whilst composing the tune. Just a bit more imaginary highlands, otherwise you're spot on! ;)

Well, I decided to keep it a bit more within the generally accepted boundaries this time. ;)

I will also give an 8/10 for this one. Despite it being very simplistic and humble in nature, it's a very pleasant entry to listen to. I can imagine someone playing this on a flute in an empty music room with the lights off and some sunlight trying to come through the closed blinds. Not to mention that the buildup is not half bad. Very nice job on this one!

There's definitely some story told here and I love flute articulation. I just miss a bit of polyphony madness :)

It starts off kind of lonely and a bit dull to be honest, didn't know if it was children training their recorders to elaborate into a very detailed composition, it does loose some of the "ninja" though.
