I take the liberty of PSID64-o-fying all *.SID releases I find in CSDb.
Ed gave his approval.

Zyron: you are probably right. I have seen .sid running allong all over the place so in order to just get half of the work done, I started to upload the massive work of hvsc here until I will be able to get the .prg files running instead... Never saw anything wrong by it. Heck there are .png/.gif/.jpg files running all over the place that doesnt even have a download link to it.. ;D

The main point of this database is to gather stuff released on the C64, that means programs runable on the real machine. The .sid format was invented to be able to play SIDs on your Amiga/PC, those files belong in HVSC & not here imo.

Oh yeah? From now on I will only provide links for .mp3 tunes as soon as i get some server running (as they are not releases, yes Zyron really thinks that! :)

But thanks anyway for the comments. Just a quick question though: Do you feel a .mpg should be converted into another format, or let's say a .jpg picture? Be reasonable !

I added these releases here until I get a reasonable .prg for each and every tune. Considering I have made more than 400 C64 tunes that are ready to be uploaded here and over 3000 all in all during my c64 days this might take some time.

Further more, please do not forget to spread the word to all other dudes that have .sid tunes in their collection :)

I agree as well. C64 music should be executable. Nice tune though.

I sort of agree. We have the HVSC for releases such as this.

I don't think you should upload all these sid-files since they aren't releases.
