Very late reaction, but... Yes, I had it in my Art That Isn't collection. Unfortunately I never found out who the original artist is.

This piece of crap is a 1:1 convert of some picture which could be found on the net. Dunno where, ask Se7en about it, as far as i recall he included this into "Art That Isn't"...

Perhaps not the strongest piece, but I have always liked the expressive character of the face. A similar picture may be found here....
