it's not corrupted per se, all files are correct, but the player is badly coded so they initialize wrong the tunes, plus there's an unneeded constant write to $d418 causing clicks..
the init should be done with lda #$02 jsr $1800 or directly with jsr $2108 (I encountered many FC tunes that needed this init instead of simply calling jsr $1800)
