lovely lovely lovely details! Mase, I also loved what you did for Flubble&Squij, and this here is SO neat to look at! | User Comment Submitted by Deev on 8 November 2013
I would say the title pic is ok, but it's the in game gfx that I'm much more impressed by. They're all nicely drawn and animated and I was intrigued enough to find the SEUCK poke so I could see the lot. I particularly like the people with the spears. As someone who spent many hours of my childhood playing with SEUCK (I set my first C64 pixels in SEUCK when I was around 9 years old!) I can appreciate there's some nice thinking going on, with clever use of SEUCK's timers to create effects such as the shots from the pirate ship on stage 3. It gets a bit manic later on (unfairly so), but definitely one of the better SEUCK games. If you can get together with a decent coder, I expect you'd be able to make something pretty nice together! | User Comment Submitted by Mase on 8 November 2013
Thank you, I did try to make the trees go darker as they went into the distance to give a sense of depth, although probably not enough now you mention it. | User Comment Submitted by Oswald on 8 November 2013
marvellous picture, ammazing feathery texture on the do do. The woods is flat tho, there could be layers of trees separated by gradients. just some constructive criticism :) | User Comment Submitted by Mase on 8 November 2013
Okay no worries, I think I know what you're saying, it's like painting the Mona Lisa on a dishcloth right? :) As I said earlier I don't plan on making many more games with SEUCK, I just need to finish what I started with a couple for closure. | User Comment Submitted by Rough on 8 November 2013
@Mase: You got me wrong. With "SEUCK'ers" I meant games developed with SEUCK, not the person to do it. See... I think with all these nice graphics, good music and effort into re-coding SEUCK there could be done something new and different too. Or is it simply a lack of coders? That would be reasonable at least. | User Comment Submitted by Yogibear on 8 November 2013
Very enjoyable and yes pic is excellent! | User Comment Submitted by bepp on 7 November 2013
Awesome pic! I almost get Platoon-vibes in the game, although with a chick ;) S(E)UCK or not, it's a great effort. Keep it up! | User Comment Submitted by hedning on 7 November 2013
The title pic!!! I don't care about the rest. | User Comment Submitted by Doc Strange on 7 November 2013
I'm not a SEUCK fan either, but I agree that the pic is truly well done. | User Comment Submitted by chatGPZ on 7 November 2013
i have to say it - i am with rough and fungus there. the graphics in this one is really nice. but the SEUCK ruins it completely :( | User Comment Submitted by Doffo on 7 November 2013
Simple and straight forward. I like it! | User Comment Submitted by redcrab on 7 November 2013
LOVELY title pic, strange and quite unreadable font, good looking and simple (in a good way) game! | User Comment Submitted by dink on 7 November 2013
Great work, great game :) thanks! | User Comment Submitted by Mase on 7 November 2013
Maybe in the future if people are willing. This was an entry for this years SEUCK competition and I don't think you're allowed to enter your own programmed games ;)
I do like to push the boundries of the SEUCK tool to see what I can get out of it though, and there's a couple more games I want to get off my chest before I start thinking about that :) | User Comment Submitted by Fungus on 7 November 2013
Mase: I don't think that is what Rough meant. With such talent with graphics you could surely find an equally talented coder and musician to co-op with and make some fantastic games. | User Comment Submitted by leonofsgr on 7 November 2013
1100 point... and game over :_/
cool game! X_D | User Comment Submitted by Mase on 7 November 2013
@Rough - I am that "SEUCKer", who else am I supposed to waste them on? It's all a hobby and a way to kill time, just some people enjoy wasting it in different ways. Don't judge me just because it's not how you would do it. | User Comment Submitted by Rough on 7 November 2013
Why do you guys waste such nice graphics on SEUCK'ers? Seriously. | User Comment Submitted by Shine on 7 November 2013
Cute game ... nice sound and graphics :) | User Comment Submitted by E$G on 6 November 2013
yep the pic is really dynamic! | User Comment Submitted by The Overkiller on 6 November 2013
