IIRC this inspired me to do the interlaced border scrollers in the first part of 6566+ which was released mid august 1987. | User Comment Submitted by iAN CooG on 21 March 2014
set to a more realistic 1987.

I remember that a tall, blond guy entered the company "Magic Bytes" and presented this interlace effect. Maybe it was AVH. And this was in autumn 1987, not 1986, short time before Western Games was released. | User Comment Submitted by Ksubi on 23 April 2008
This is a nice little release. But one question, it says the release date is 3rd September 1986. The music in the demo is from The Last Ninja which was released in 1987...was there anything that Anthony Lees released using this music in 1986 that RADWAR ripped it from? | User Comment Submitted by tlr on 24 January 2005
This is nice, a quite early use of interlace on the c64. Probably inspired by the release of the Amiga. |
