This is Sigma's Winner Takes All demo imported by an American. I'm assuming they are an individual (Slayer). They are using the same BBS #s as the United Importing Alliance's HQs. So they are affiliated with them in some way. Sorry for the lack of information, please correct if you know what's up here.
