Mixer: You are correct. I export the audio directly from ST64 on the iPad. I then normalize the data before uploading to SoundCloud. So, the audio is still exactly what I hear in ST64, but a bit louder! It seems that there are some slight differences between filters with ST64 and c64 8580. But it's still very close (I actually prefer Sixth on c64)

The human mind composer used in these tunes are a real awesome human being and composer... tools are tools and after 33 years of c-64 music the composer is the only tool! On a sidenote... a innovative programmer that Pernod is could create a tool that make it more easy for "normal" beeings to bring forward more sid music, I am so excited on the future of sid tunes because of Daniels years in the creation of this software!

These are nice tunes on their own right, and the tool used to do these is very cool. I can play these with real c-64, but the soundcloud recordings are probably done with the iPad tool, not the real thing?

Sanxion on helluva steroids! Oh. My. God! I feel really hot breath of awesome soundwork on my back! Damn, it's awesome that more and more musicians pay attention to instruments. Drums sound like digis :)

about 4x, should be $1331 for perfect 4x timing but it's set to $133e. I guess the tracker lets you choose arbitrary CIA speeds for different BPM.

Sounds/Instruments were praised enough already - and rightly so.

But I also like the melody/composition very much for really being interesting and versatile throughout the tune. I detect various styles which also makes me think the tune could fit to many situations.

All in all, awesome job!

Fantastic snare sound as LMan commented, but the melodies and bassline are what really do it for me.

Nice highpass (or bandpass?) filtered disco drums and other sounds, these are comparatively rare in SID music.

(I've just been made aware of Randall's brilliant work too - so thanks to you for your compliment!! Having been away from the c64 scene for 25 years, I've a bit of catching up to do!..)

Thanks for the kind words, all :-)
It was written for uploading to SoundCloud - hence it wasn't made to loop. Will create loopable versions for a possible music disk....
