More than probably part 3 tune is just an edit of
/MUSICIANS/H/Hot_Dog/Seeker_III_part_4.sid with patternlist scrambled a bit.
Edit: the Netherworld rip is probably the only rip from the final version of the game I found so far, too bad it's played at wrong speed.
