This was not on the same disk as Opium (disk created by TLB himself)
In the Opium D64 file is also a Basic file with the real note for the demo:

10 after crunching i found some bugs:
20 in intro there's a bug in left bor-
30 der..buy better tv,r o g i !!!!!
40 second part may crash sometimes,but
50 only sometimes.(reload reload!!)
60 there really is 14 splits in the
70 routine(last part),but perhaps
80 one less is maximum that can be seen
90 on any tv so let's say one less...
100 n o t i m e t o f i x' e m !!!!
110 real status is:firestone(prof.coder)
,o-taker(musax+code),rogi(code+grafixx),
120 priest(code),jehu(code),pfe(swap),tl
b(swap+grafix+organizer),cml(code)

ready.

Therefor I believe that the file "just a note" is a standalone release...
