It is a really nice concept.
On the other hand, I started to get eyeburn after 2 minutes, because the animation not smooth enough and a little too fast to decode. If the speed would be the half (smoother scroll) I could read the whole stuff, as it looked interesting :-)
I know there should be some limitations there due to border color setting, but for me it seems the technical achievement killed the possibility of joyful reading.
