In case anyone ever thinks about crediting Grego on this "import": This was never imported, Pudwerx (and/or helper monkeys) distributed this stuff in the US. So Grego would get this stuff uploaded TO his BBS, then he would put an ILC BBS tag on it that others would get when they downloaded it. Common practice, I'm not complaining about it or anything, but since CSDb doesnt have a category for "BBS tag" it gets Import. In a way it could be seen as a simple spread, which most people dont care about or collect, myself included.

However, for me this Grego stuff qualifies as complete NTSC collection material, even the low-effort stuff like this. Why?

1. It's properly credited, clear and understandable what it is.

2. It has a unique loader (as bare bones as it is) with notes written by an active author.

3. This sits in-between a BBS advertisement and a "curated" release, where the releaser has qualified the content, found any bugs or gotchas that might interfere with your experience and passed this along to you.

In other words, it's not just a directory tag with SPREAD BY GREGO or CALL THE ILC BBS on it. However, even those I would throw in my Grego folder because he has many other legitimate releases, just for completeness' sake. I wouldnt put it up on CSDb though.
