Rule of thumb: if you are going to upload a release that is dependent upon another piece of software include ALL of the other software.

NOTE: The CGTERM that the uploader used here (not me) did not include ALL of CGTERM. It will pop up with a SDl.DLL error. To use correctly place this inside your CGTERM directory and SKIP the file in question.
