OK, this seems to be based on the old Atari/C64 game Drelbs.
Turn the gates so they form a square, which will fill in. Fill in enough squares and you will get the chance to complete the level.
Yellow Skull - this will kill you if you touch it, and then flip open the gates so you have to box it in again.
White Skull - kills on touch, but will change to become the Exit
Exit (grey background with things on) - touch this to enter the Complete Round
Rescue - catch the ball to earn bonus points
Bonus - bonus points
Death - will kill you

Complete Round - you have to reveal all of the red houses while dodging the shots from the stars, so keep moving around until you have covered every "square" except the border (which extends about two characters in on each side) with red houses.

Hope that helps people play it a bit more. Nice touch that it has two score tables, today's best and all time greatest.

I'd be happy to add more trainers, if someone explains the game to me and point at what needs training ;-)
