I stand corrected, the problem is that when part 09 starts, $0288 is set to $44 instead of $04, and a call to $e544 destroys the actual demo code instead of clearing the screen. But this doesn't happen with dolphin/sd ROMs.

working only with speeddos/dolphin dos ROMs. usual problem with usage of jsr $fd15/fd50 which are safe only using these ROMS, while normal kernal destroy some ram locations.

File 09 works fine when you load it (I've used Vice 1.19)

I didn't check if it works from the demo.
