Had this down as the obvious winner after the compo; quite surprised it didn't score higher, and I spoke to others at the party who felt the same. Maybe we should start voting? :-)
It's a quite simple song, but doing simple well can be really hard, because there is nothing there that can be used to camouflage any shortcomings in the composition. I also agree with iAN_CooG that it sounds remarkably well polished for a first effort on the C64. |
