Awesome, I always loved effect such as $d800 coloring, char-wise animations and stuff like this. It's always welcome in my heart.
Especially the winds blowing those lines being smaller or taller, to the left or to the north.
I think one can examine it further than has been.

Absolutely love this. Effectiveness of the simple effect, the choice of colour, and especially the Twin Peaks-esque soundscape. Bonus points for the little Arise logo that makes the screen look like something a bit more than just a single effect.
