JTR: I think you founded Commodore as a commodore in the german navy then. Since you seem to be a sailorman this must be yarn! (or maybe not? who knows^^)

Did you know that the "53" is a lightweight encryption of "64"? (every byte decremented by one) Herbie was actually a prototype of the commodore, its success was then ridiculed into funny movies so that people would think its power was just a joke.

Guess I belong to the older sceners! I saw several Herbie films on the telly years ago and enjoyed them! Nice piccie!

I guess you are all too young to remember but that's "Herbie" Disney's VW beetle "star" of a nauseating amount of films in the late 60's and 70s. google it :)

Nice! Feels like the strange lovechild of Eagle and Billy Boy's Car - although this is a VW. Good choice of motive.
