Mc Art isn't even mentioned in any other Radius release.
I've just checked Rockstar where they were stating many members leaving for other groups or being on hiatus. No mention.

I bet McArt is the same as Ass and Thage, they say first
"thage left us.thage's old name was ass"
then
"these scrolltexts are written in an unknown day in 1990 by mcart" ... "mc art left us,as he finished this demo-part !"
Strange coincidence that 2 members left at the same time, who normally are just coders and gfxians, both being credited to be the composer of that ONLY tune credited to them with 2 different handles.
Then in the last part he writes "this is mc art writing in here [...] some thanks must go to ass for the little help"
Dunno what to think.
Stupid teenagers doing stupid things, what a surprise.

The tune in the last part is credited to be done by Mc Art, while in Musax Collection #1 it is credited to Ass.

Hadn't seen this demo until today.
It's difficult to score. If you've seen lots of demo, then Art & Design has little in the way of standout ideas.
The logo that makes use of the upper border is probably the best thing about Art & Design.
