It does. Midfit was of the same type :D counting cycles? stable rasters? NOOOO, just 2 hours trial and error changing delay values in the table. Ups, rasterbars without delay table? Unfixable he said :D

OK so you can't code straight raster bars, but you can NTSC fix a VSP scroller. This does not compute... I guess Pudwerx would be very angry you stole his fix!

crashes somewhere halfway on PAL c64 with 1541-II. Worthless release.
