Working and complete version found by MdZ, uploaded, sids added and completed music credits.
Mr. Bungle was credited here (not in the demo) but I couldn't find any of his tune so I've removed him from the list.

Uploaded less damaged version :) The one linked here was crashing even during the intro.

Still, 2 parts are damaged, so we are looking for a 100% version.
