I'd say definitely Germany, not sure if it could be Defcon 1. Either way, it looks like we have a logo by Don't Panic who was together with The Crack Machine in The Space Crackers.

This is a little bit confusing...
There has been some discusions around Defcon 1 / Defcon One before and member has been identified.
Now I'd find this release, talking about the following members (only):¨

The crack machine
Major
Mac Gill

None of these has been mentioned before... Is this another Defcon group? Is this the american group? Or is it the german group?
