The original photo was edited and converted in PSP to the C64-palette. I then colorized and repixeled/dithered it in PSP paying no mind to limitations.

After that I used windowed mode in PSP and Vice to manually repixel it in my XFLI-editor (all the while adjusting it to color limitations). The sprite positions were adjusted halfway through the picture to allow for one sprite to always cover the light grey FLI bug.

Finally, I took a screenshot, pixeled a bit in PSP and added sprites in upper and lower border to extend the hair and shading of the neck. This is currently my only XFLI-picture ever to be extended this way.

All in all 2-3 weeks of work but well worth it for what I consider to be one of my better c64 versions of an original image.
