edit: I am using windows 8.1, and found the issue: my acid64 directory is in C:\Program Files (x86)\Acid64\, and win 8.1 asks for admin rights (popup) when copying / creating something in it. when indexing from Acid64Player.exe located in Desktop, everything is ok. My mistake ! :)

Nice player! but i can't index sids; when I select the SID directory, a popup "index SID Files" appears and .... stays forever (i let 5 days running without result), had to kill process. Anything I miss ?

@Shine: Did you run an older version of ACID64 before?
If you see no device, just connect a HardSID or run JSIDDevice V1.4.2 to have software SID emulation.
